There Is No Substitute For Experience
Unlike a lot of companies MCM prefers to be small. That way we retain control over all work product produced by the office. Stewart Mulford is the President of MCM, has over 30 years’ experience in cost estimating, and is actively involved in all projects and intimately knowledgeable with the details of each report. This allows him to provide helpful and thoughtful cost advice to the design team. Stewart has also been involved in some high profile projects involving some of the biggest Construction Management Companies in the country including Turner Construction, Skanska, Bovis Lend Lease, and BEK.
MCM reports are always impartial, well organized, detailed, and easily understood. Our goal is to provide the client with accurate and meaningful cost advice so that decisions can be made to fulfill the client’s requirements within the available funds.
